More than the bio

Hailing from small town Maryland, Leni, is a world-traveled singer-songwriter who incorporates elements of her travels thoughtfully into her music. Reviewers are already calling her “a 2020s version of Carole King and Carly Simon.”

After graduating from college in Philadelphia, Leni worked as a fashion company executive in China. Then she heard the siren call of artistry and honed her songwriting craft at Boston’s Berklee College of Music.

Now based in Nashville pursuing music full-time, Leni has worked with a variety of well-known pop producers, including Grammy Winner Marc Swersky (Hilary Duff, The Who’s Roger Daltrey). She is currently in the middle of recording a double album which will be a reflection into her 5-year journey living in Asia and present feelings that capture her favorite songs she’s written with co-writers whilst living in the Music City.

PRESS:

Two Story Melody calls Leni “effortlessly cool and international,” while LADYGUNN says, “she has all the charismatic qualities that signal ‘star’.”

Beats Per Minute writes, “She’s definitely not a bedroom pop artist working in isolation because her songs capture the magic of her world travels, from Zurich to Beijing. Think of her as the Audrey Hepburn of indie pop: self-aware and charismatic.”
